    Ready to Sell? We've made it as effortless as possible to get started. Our process is outlined and sent via DocuSign for digital signature. As advisors we are a 100% tax write off.

    Wire Our Retainer

    We get wired a small retainer in advance as will be discussed in our conversation and via the agreement. Which is non-refundable but gets credited to the commission fee upon successfully closing.

    Evaluation

    We will Evaluate Management, Owners, Operations, Assets (RE, Vehicles), Taxes, Systems, Tech, KPI’s, Leadership, Culture, Optimization, Employee Retention, Cash Flow & Market Viability in 95 Questions we ask all sellers to determine the value of the business.

    The Market

    After compiling an extensive evaluation we will list or find the business(es) for sale on several websites with complete confidentiality as well as reach out to private parties we represent or are connected to through other brokers to begin sending and recieving NDA's.

    Recieve & Accept LOI

    An LOI is a legal document drafted by an attorney with an intent to buy the business; composed with contingencies, escrows and timelines it allows us to accept an offer for an appropriate value & multiple and move the process forward.

    PA & Signatures

    Finally we move to an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) or Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA) and get signatures from both parties confirming a timeline, contingencies, non-competes, final walk throughs of inventory and a closing date.

    Fund Deal & Tax Strategize

    Determine financing involved (SBA, Cash or Seller Financing) and if there are multiple members who have what shares/percentage of the business. We are happy to recommend accountants, attorneys and wealth managers to mitigate tax, maximize your exit and protect your wealth.

    Close & Transition
