We will Evaluate Management, Owners, Operations, Assets (RE, Vehicles), Taxes, Systems, Tech, KPI’s, Leadership, Culture, Optimization, Employee Retention, Cash Flow & Market Viability in 95 Questions we ask all sellers to determine the value to you.

Determine financing involved (SBA, Cash or Seller Financing) and if there are multiple members who have what shares/percentage of the business. We do not recommend what banks, accountants or attorneys to use as you'll want a personal relationship with them.
